Anita Louise Luckenbill

Mrs. Anita Louise Luckenbill, age 57 of Kingsland’s Clarks Bluff community passed away Saturday, February 18th, 2012 at her residence.
        
Mrs. Luckenbill was born in Danville, Illinois on August 22nd, 1954. She is the daughter of the late Carl Harding and Ethel Louise Trosper Lundy. Anita was raised and spent most of her life in South Carolina.  She was a member of Knightsville United Methodist Church in Summerville, SC. She was employed at Sonny's in Fernandina Beach, Florida for fifteen years, where she was a manager and dining room supervisor. She loved all of her children and grandchildren.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.     
        
Mrs. Luckenbill is survived by her husband, Robert Thomas Luckenbill, Jr. of Kingsland; her daughter, Becky (Luke) Gowen of Folkston; her son, Christopher Luckenbill of St. Marys; her sister, Julia Bennett of St. Marys; her brother, Stacy Lundy of Charleston, SC; her grandchildren, Wyatt and Reece Luckenbill, Kimbree Gowen and Tripp and Hannah Bennett; and her special nieces and nephews, Donnie and Kristen Bennett, Kelly and Josh Ross, and James “Kyle” Bennett.
        
Besides her parents, Mrs. Luckenbill was also preceded in passing by her brother in law, Donald Cade Bennett in 2010.
        
A celebration of Mrs. Luckenbill‘s life will start at 10 AM Thursday, February 23rd, 2012 in the Wainwright Chapel of the Funeral Home.
