Mr. Andrew E. Baggley, age 83 of Griffin, GA passed away Monday, November 18, 2013 at Brightmoor Hospice.
Mr. Baggley was born in Forsyth, GA on January 6, 1930 to the late Tobe John Baggley, Sr. and the late Corinne Sharp Baggley. He was also preceded in death by his first wife of 10 years, Bertie Louise Sparks and his second wife of 24 years, Gracie Mae Foster; children, Larry Baggley, Peggy McCard, Johnny and Alvin Burks; brothers, Bobby, Ernest, and Tobe Baggley, Jr. and sister, Clara Mae Wilson.
Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, William and Betty Baggley of Cochran, GA, John and Delpha Burks of Griffin; daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Jane Krenek of Griffin, Barbara Faye Johnson of Daytona Beach, FL, Patricia and Richard Holder, Vickie and Robert Smith, Patsy and Jeff Clark all of Griffin and Shirley Morgan of NC; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Donaldson of Macon; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mr. Baggley will be conducted Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Pastor Greg Marsh and Pastor William Baggley will officiate. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit the family from 1:00 pm until the service hour on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Brightmoor Hospice, 3223 Newnan Rd., Griffin, GA 30223 in Mr. Baggley’s memory.
