Mr. Andrew Wilson Wallace , age 36, received his angel wings on January 13 th , 2019 in Kingsland, Ga.
Mr. Wallace was born on January 13 th ,
1983 in Henrico, Va. to Wilson Wallace and Carolyn Kay Matheny Justice.
His mother said, “I want to tell you about Andrew.
He was a young man with an addiction, but that was not who he was. Andrew was a
son, brother, grandson, nephew, and cousin. He loved his family and friends; he
was loyal to a fault. He was a caring, giving, smart, and loving man. He loved
sports of all kind and excelled at all of them. He had a soft spot for those he
met, such as the homeless, or anyone in need. Andrew could keep a secret and
would not tell on anyone if they did something wrong. We battled the last 10
years fighting his addiction, and I made a lot of mistakes along the way. I am
devastated by his death, but I was blessed to have him for 36 years. He was so
happy to be back working for Mr. Bill Gross and working with Jose Cordeiro. The
past few weeks he was so happy and telling me the changes he was making to be
clean and sober. Andrew was a caring soul with a heart of gold. Andrew was NOT
his addiction; he was a man with an addiction. I can honestly say if he was a
part of your life, it was forever. I love you son and I will miss you every
minute of every day.”
His sister said, “My brother was many things. He
loved, wholeheartedly, everyone that came into his life. Growing up, I envied
him so much. He just had a way with people and he made sure that everyone knew
he had their back. One thing I know for a fact is that my brother loved and cherished
me, so I hope you all know that if you were ever a part of his life, he loved
and cared for you too. Andrew left this world entirely too soon. Of all days,
he left this world on his 36 th birthday.”
Andrew will be missed greatly by all who knew and
loved him.
Besides his parents, Mr. Wallace is also survived by
