Annie Stroud

Annie Lois joined Springhill Baptist Church at an early age. She served on the Junior and Senior Usher Board’s and held the position of President. She later joined Mt. Nebo Baptist Church in 2005. She was a graduate of Fairmont High, Class of 1963. Annie began enjoying retirement in 2008. She worked hard to raise her children and prepare them for the future to be good citizens.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Julia Rasaw; brothers, Eddie Rasaw, Leon Rasaw, Charlie Henry Rasaw, Lewis Rasaw; and sister, Norma Jean Rasaw. She is survived by sons Keith (Tereon) Stroud (McDonough, Georgia) and Kerry (Sharlene) Stroud (Ellenwood, Georgia); sisters Eula McCullough (Trenton, New Jersey) and Mary Rasaw (Griffin, Georgia); an uncle, Willie Gene (Patsy), Anthony (Canton, Ohio); fourteen grandchildren/step-grandchildren; two great grandchildren; Goddaughters , Patrice Jackson and Robin Jones; Godson, Dennis Williamson, Jr., Special cousin, Curtis Anthony; Special Friends, Alice Wright, Patsy Reid, Valerie Copeland, Linda Cook, Betty Williamson, Yvonne Brown and Brenda Sidwell; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

On Thursday, January 31, 2013 the Lord called one of his best Angels to become one with him.
