Ms. Beth Susan Harstvedt , age 58 passed away in the early morning hours of Friday, September 8th, 2017 at South East Georgia Health System in St. Marys, Ga.
Ms. Harstvedt was born on April 15th, 1959 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is the daughter of the late Herman & Audrey A. LaFond Klepp.
Her sons said of her, “All that knew her realized how strong and hardworking she was, living for her two sons whom she raised on her own and sacrificed everything for. Regardless what was going on she never missed a sports game or important school ceremony. Truly dependable and selfless mother! Phenomenal cook by reputation; which she loved to do. Her favorite was cooking for her biggest critics; her boys. She would help almost anybody that she could even if she had to sacrifice for herself! Often helping those who weren’t always there for her, she was the true meaning of selflessness. With a warm and caring personality, she will forever be remembered. ”
Ms. Harstvedt is survived by her two sons, Ricky Harstvedt of St. Marys, Ga. and Dennis Leisten of Wisconsin; her sisters, Robin Mahnke & Michelle Alexander, and her brother, Scott Klepp all of Wisconsin.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am Saturday, September 16th, 2017 at the funeral home.
