Ms. Brendel Ethel Gbolo, age 67 of Kingsland, Ga. passed away unexpectedly on May 20th, 2017 at Southeast Georgia Health System in St. Marys, Ga.
Ms. Gbolo was born in Fernandina Beach, Fl. on September 22nd, 1949. She is the daughter of the late Dorothy Mae Washington Monroe and Simon Jerry Monroe.

Ms. Gbolo is survived by her daughters, Nancy Gbolo of Fernandina Beach, Fl., Dorothy & Gregory Remson of Kingsland, Ga.; her sons, Joshua & Stephanie Simmons and Jaton Simmons all of Yulee, Fl.; her brothers, Anthony & Charlotte Washington of Inglewood, Ca., Aaron Monroe of Jacksonville, Fl., Simon & Eddie Ruth Monroe of Crawford, Miss.; her grandchildren, Jaleel Gbolo of Yulee, Fl., Brendan Powers of Kingsland, Ga., Kiree Lanier of Fernandina Beach, Fl., Neville Patrick of Kingsland, Ga., Constance Patrick of Kingsland, Ga., and Gabriella Simmons of Yulee, Fl.; her sister in law, Ruby Lee Monroe of Folkston, Ga.; and her numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents Ms. Gbolo joins her brother, David Monroe in sleep.
Memorial services will be held at 3:30 pm on Sunday, May 28th, 2017 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 200 Carnegie Dr., St Marys, GA 31558 with Brother Tim Richo presiding.
