Ms. Jane Carolyn “Carol” Hull, age 76 of St. Marys, passed away on the evening of Wednesday, February 3rd, 2021 in Jacksonville, Fl.
Ms. Hull was born on October 6th, 1944 in Waycross, Ga. to the late Russell and Cora Lee Carter.
Carol was a devoted wife and mother of three children. She adored her grandchildren and loved hearing their adventures. She loved cooking and made every family gathering a special event. She lovingly referred to all her grandchildren as “babe”.
She was Ken’s “bride” for 47 years when he passed away in 2010. She was later able to move back to Georgia and spend her last 6 years laughing and sharing memories with her 3 remaining sisters, having her children and grandchildren visit often.
Some favorite memories her grandchildren have are FaceTiming with her, the secret candy drawer and sneaking them their favorite treats. Playing games and coloring Easter eggs were another favorite memory when they were younger. Whenever any of them came to visit she just wanted everyone to have the best time.
She was the best mom and grandma ever and will be loved and missed by all. We can’t wait to be with her again.
Ms. Hull is survived by her children, Lisa (Todd) Olmstead, Brian (Leslie) Hull, and Bill (Kimberly) Hull, all of Colstrip, Mt.; her sister, Dorothy Sams of St. Marys, Ga.; her grandchildren, Justin (Kassidy) Olmstead, Tyler (Aislee) Olmstead, Taryn (Rob) Sloane, Haley Hull, Zachary Hull, Brina Hull, Jalyn Hull, and Kaycee Olmstead.
A memorial service will be held privately by the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in Ms. Hull’s name be made to the American Cancer Society.
