Ms. Carol Ann Moore, age 78, passed away on the evening of Wednesday, May 17th, 2023 at her home in Kingsland, Ga.
Ms. Moore was born on November 23rd, 1944 in Brooklyn, Ny. to the late Floyd and Ann Richardson.
She grew up in New York, but raised her three children (Deborah West, Jeffrey Moore, Michael Moore) in Fort Myers, Florida where she earned her nursing degree. Carol spent her career nursing people back to health. Throughout her career, she experienced as much as she could in a variety of positions. Carol worked in many hospitals as an emergency room nurse, home health nurse, hospice, in a federal jail, and most proudly at a children's hospital that treated cancer in children. Carol enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her little out of town getaways. She will always be loved and missed by many.

Ms. Moore is survived by her daughter, Deborah West of Kingsland, Ga.; her sons, Jeffery Moore and Michael Moore; her sister Virginia King; her grandchildren, Jennifer West, Charles West, Jonathan West, Ivy Moore, and Lana Moore; and her great-grandchildren, Sage Bower, Katherine Sullivan, and Zain West.
Services will be held privately by the family at a later date.
