Mrs. Carolyn Diane Pate, age 61, of Concord, GA passed away on Monday, September 15, 2014, at Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon.
Funeral services for Carolyn Pate will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Reverend Travis Ferguson will officiate. Interment will follow in Moody Memorial Gardens in Zebulon. Friends may visit with the family Friday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
