Mr. Clifford Warren Weems, Jr. age 58, of Jackson, GA passed away on Friday, November 3, 2017, at Regency Hospital Systems Long Term Care in Macon, GA.

Mr. Weems was born on November 6, 1958 in Atlanta, GA to the late Clifford Warren Weems, Sr. and the late Margaret Hill Weems. He enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was fishing, working on hot rods, or watching drag racing. He worked as a truck driver for 22 years before becoming disabled from heart failure. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Kay Bishop.

Mr. Weems is survived by his son, Tyler Weems; ex-wife and close friend, Lisa Weems; niece and nephew, Jennifer Bishop and Troy Bishop; and cousin, Donny Willis.

A funeral service for Mr. Clifford Warren Weems, Jr. will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Reverend Terry Butler will officiate. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit the family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
