Ms. Cynthia Ann Moore , 38 of Woodbine passed away unexpectedly Thursday January 27th, 2011 at her residence.
Ms. Moore was born in Jacksonville, Florida on September 22nd, 1972. She is the daughter of the late Willard and Toni Esther Hagins Slaughter.
Ms. Moore is survived by her children, Kelsey Moore of St. Marys and Greg Crews of Harriett’s Bluff; her brother Greg Dumoap of Harriett’s Bluff and her grand child, Clayton Crews of Harriett’s Bluff. Ms. Moore was recently preceded in passing by her sister, Teresa Daniels and her mother, Toni E. Chancey.
Calling hours for Ms. Moore will be held from 3 to 4 PM Saturday, February 5th, 2011 at the funeral home. The funeral service will follow at 4 PM in the Wainwright Chapel in the funeral home with Pastor Scotty Langford presiding. A committal service will be held privately.
