Mr. Danny Thomas Upchurch, age 59 of Griffin, GA passed away Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.
Mr. Upchurch was born in Griffin, Georgia on September 12, 1953 to the late Cecil Upchurch and Lucille M. Upchurch Cleveland. He was also preceded in death by an infant son. He was a caregiver for his family and brought love and laughter to all.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Tucker Upchurch of Griffin; sons, Daniel and Mickey Upchurch of Griffin; daughters and sons-in-law, Cathy and Wayne Golden of Greenville, GA, Melisa and Brian Speegle of Griffin; mother, Lucille M. Cleveland of Griffin; brothers and sisters-in-law, Clifford and Ione Upchurch of Whitesburg, GA, Jimmy and Ann Upchurch, Ricky Upchurch of Griffin; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; family friend, Kim Morris; several nieces and nephews.
