Mr. David W. McCalla , age 72, passed away June 20th, 2019 at Cure Health Center in Jacksonville, Fl.
Mr. McCalla was born in Ridgeway, Oh. on November 30th, 1946 to the late Hugh and Bessie Godwin McCalla.
He lived for 10 years in St. Marys, Ga. He was in the USN for 23 years and was a Chief Molder before retiring in 1986.
Surviving is his wife, Sarah Lee of many happy years; his children, Hannah (Steven) McCune of LaPlata, Md.; William McCalla of St. Marys, Ga., Rachel (Matt) Fernandes of St. Louis, Mo., and David W. McCalla, Jr. of Prairie Town, Il.; and his three granddaughters, Natalie, Evelyn and Madeline of LaPlata, Md.
Mr. McCalla was preceded in passing by his grandson, Logan Wayne McCune.
There will be no funeral services for Mr. McCalla.
