Mrs. Deborah Ann Ribley, age 67 of Kingsland, Ga. passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Saturday, February 22nd, 2020.
Mrs. Ribley was born in Huntington, West Virginia on March 16th, 1952. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who would always place her family first. In her youth she enjoyed gardening and crocheting. Her caring nature and love for her family and friends will never be forgotten. She will be missed greatly by all that were privileged to have known her.
Mrs. Ribley is survived by her daughter, Mindy (Gene) Murray of Woodbine, Ga.; her brother, Bob (Sharon) Hamlin of Kingsland, Ga.; her grandchildren, Mandy (Dustin) Howard of Woodbine, Ga. & Kayla (Jordan) Foddrell of Kingsland, Ga.; her great grandchildren, Riley Copeland of Kingsland, Ga., Daylin & Roxie Howard of Woodbine and Lynly Foddrell of Kingsland, Ga.; her brother-in-law, Frank (Margaret) Harris of Folkston, Ga.; her nieces , Terry ( Larry) Jackson, Joie (Bo) Adkins; her nephew, Robbie Hamlin: and her niece Sheila Harris; many great nieces and nephews; and her honorary children, Tommy Davis, Lana Wilson, and Mika Rooney.
Mrs. Ribley joins her parents, William & Dollie Mae Treadway, her beloved husband, Bernard Joseph Ribley, and her sister, Bert Harris, nephew Billy Harris, and niece Angie Harris in Heaven.
A visitation will be held from 12 noon to 1pm on Wednesday, February 26th, 2020 with funeral services following, all in the Woods-Wainwright Chapel of Coastal Camden Funeral Home in Kingsland, Ga.
Active pallbearers are Dustin Howard, Jordan Foddrell, Tommy Davis, Jordan Davis, Bo Adkins and Larry Jackson. Honorary pallbearers are Amos Simpson, Frank Harris, Pete Wilson and Daylin Howard. Interment will be held at Homeland Cemetery in Charlton Co. Ga.
For those wishing to make contributions in lieu of flowers in Mrs. Ribley’s honor, the family requests they be made to the American Cancer society.
