Mrs. Deborah Jean Rogers , was born on January 8th, 1953, in Orlando, Florida, died at home in Kingsland, Georgia on July 25th, 2023.



She is survived by her husband, Lamar T. Rogers, and her son Nathaniel L. Rogers, both from Kingsland, Georgia, her brother Eugene Ingram Jr., from Kissimmee, Florida, her brother Gerald Ingram from Augusta, Georgia, and her sister Nancy Screws, from St. Mary’s, Georgia.



Mrs. Rogers was preceded in death by her parents Eugene Ingram Sr. and Marjorie Ingram, her brother David Ingram, and her daughter, Heather Rogers.



Debbie was working at Champagne Color photo processing lab in Orlando, until she met her husband, Lamar, who was attending Naval Nuclear Power school. Debbie and Lamar were married at the Orlando Naval Training Center base chapel. Debbie accompanied her husband to duty stations in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Mayport, Florida, Norfolk Virginia, Kings Bay, Georgia, and Bremerton, Washington. Debbie, Lamar and Nathaniel Rogers moved to Kingsland, Georgia in 1997.



A Memorial Service for Mrs. Rogers will be held at 1 pm Monday, August 28 th , 2023 in the Woods-Wainwright Chapel of Coastal Camden Funeral Home in Kingsland, Ga.
