Mr. Donald Arnold "Moose" Miller, Sr., age 83, of Griffin, passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at his residence.
Mr. Miller was born on April 20, 1934, in Old Hickory, TN, the youngest of ten siblings, to the late Fred and Zola Teal Miller. He was a veteran of the US Navy and worked for the US Postal Service for over 30 years. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, and loved his beagles.
Mr. Miller is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Donald Arnold Miller, Jr. and Beverly; grandchildren, Don Aaron Miller and Cameron, and Noah Daniel Miller; great grandchild Luke Miller; sister Margaret Rawlins; brother Raymond Eugene Miller; and longtime friend Josie Goddard.
A memorial visitation for Mr. Donald Arnold "Moose" Miller, Sr. will be held Sunday, October 1, 2017 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
