Mrs. Edna Ruby Padgett, age 74, of Griffin, GA passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Spalding Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Padgett was born on October 9, 1942 in Thomaston, GA to the late Edward Turner and the late Ruby Ruffin Turner. She was also preceded in death by her son, Kevin Padgett and brother, Charles Turner. She was a member of East Griffin Baptist Church and loved gardening and her puppies.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Elbert Padgett; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle Padgett and Paul; grandchildren, Joshua and Michelle Laster, Rex and Britanie Laster, Jonathan Padgett, and Stephanie Emott; great-grandchildren, Collin, Paislee, Taylor, and Mason; nieces and nephews, Treena, Tonya, Jenny, Kyle, Paul, Regina, and Kim.
