Eva Bailey

Mrs. Eva Mae Tucker Bailey, age 80, of Griffin, GA, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Renaissance Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Bailey was born in Fayette County, GA on December 1, 1933 to the late George Tucker and the late Maggie Lou Wallace Tucker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Russell W. Bailey.

Survivors include daughters, Mary McChargue, and Shirley Mayfield of Griffin; son, Robert “Sammy” Harper of Griffin; sisters and brother-in-law, Kate and Tony Landers, Tiney Gordy, Maggie Ruth Tucker of Griffin; brothers, Riley Tucker, Marvin Tucker; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren.

Memorial services for Mrs. Eva Mae Bailey will be held on Monday, February 24, 2014 at 6:00pm in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Pastor Riley Fenley will officiate.
