Mrs. Eva B. Hendon, of McDonough, GA, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012.
Mrs. Hendon was born in Canton, Georgia on July 28, 1941 to the late Bert Butterworth and the late Bertie Hillhouse Butterworth. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Larry A. Hendon and her daughter, Lisa White. Mrs. Hendon was a retired legal secretary having worked for many years with the Paul S. Weiner Law Firm.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Lauri and Wesley Mays of McDonough; grandchildren; Weslyn, Luke, Lyndsey, and John Mays, Mark Edins, Matt White, and Rachael Lack; great grandchildren; Shawn and Payton Jackson and Andrew Edins, Zoey White, and Connor Lack.
Memorial services for Mrs. Eva B. Hendon will be conducted Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in Pristine Chapel, 7541 Mt. Zion Blvd, Jonesboro, GA. Friends may visit with the family following the service.
