Felicia Carter

Mrs. Felicia Lavette James Carter was born on August 1, 1964 in Griffin, to Mr. J.C. Ragland and Mattie Sue Nash. She was the youngest of three children. God sent his angel to bring her home on Monday, December 10, 2012.

Felicia attended West Griffin Elementary School and Griffin High School. She loved music, being with friends and family and she loved God. Felicia worked for Food Depot for several years but in the latter years of her life she was a loving mother and homemaker. She attended a number of local churches but did most of her worshipping at home.

Felicia was a bright and shining life on Earth. She has touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed. She leaves to cherish her memories a devoted husband Mr. Charles Carter of Griffin, GA; one son, Mr. Richard Alexander James of Griffin, GA; three daughters, Ms. Jessica Deanna James, Alicia Diannah James, and Latonya Iesha Smith of Griffin, GA; two brothers, Grady Nash (Lisa) of McDonough, GA, George Nash (Betty) of Barnesville, GA; one sister, Ms. Grace Nash of Griffin, GA; one grandchild, Ada Smith; one nephew, Michael Nash; one niece, Darnita Nash. May she rest in peace with the Lord.
