Mr. GW Relthford age 76 of Griffin passed away Monday May 5, 2013 at Spalding Regional Hospital.
Mr. Relthford was born on April 10, 1937 in Lamar County, GA to the late Gloss Relthford and the late Ophelia Clowers Relthford. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Frank, Ulysses, and James Relthford; sisters, Lavenia Folds, Lucinda Evans, and Mary Parks. GW was a retired truck driver with Florida Rock and a member of Towaliga Countyline Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Willa Sims Relthford; sons and daughters-in-law, GW and Michelle Relthford Jr., Shedrick and Louise Relthford all of Griffin; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
