Mr. Gerald Kenneth Arnold , 69 of Kingsland, passed away unexpectedly early Monday morning, February 13th, 2012.
Mr. Arnold was born in Binghamton, New York on June 17th, 1942. He is the son of Volney Lewis and Marie Gladys Kent Arnold. Gerald was a hard working man who always put his family first. He was loved by all who knew him. His generosity knew no limits. He was a dedicated family man of over 47 years and will be missed by many, but forgotten by none.
Mr. Arnold is survived by his beloved wife, Lucy Arnold of Kingsland; his children, Kenneth Eugene Arnold of Jacksonville, Fl., Anne Marie (Wyatt C. Anderson) Gray of Jacksonville, Fl., Carol Ann (Larry) Kent of Kingsland, Robert Lewis (Brandy Emery) Arnold of Orange Park, Fl., and Ralph Edward(Jennifer) Pratt, Jr. of Altamont Springs, Fl.; his sister, Jeanette Marie Arnold of Jacksonville, Fl.; his brothers, Lawrence Donald Arnold of Kansas and Warren Dexter Arnold of Jacksonville, Fl.; his grandchildren, Danielle Nicole, Michael Ray, Gerald David, Brandon Cory, Jonathan Phailan, Donald “DJ” Eugene Jr., Alyssa Brittany Renee, Andrea Marie, Robyn Lee-Mae, Ralph III and Anthony; and his four great grandchildren.
Besides his parents, Mr. Arnold was preceded in passing by his brothers Volney Lewis Arnold, Jr. and Earl Adelbert Arnold.
A celebration of life service will be announced.
