Mr. Gerald Wayne Frix, age 66, of Griffin, GA passed away on Monday, December 29, 2014 at Reliance Healthcare in Griffin, GA.
Mr. Frix was born in Eatonton, GA on December 31, 1947, to the late Otto Frix and the late Annie Sue Brown Frix. Gerald was an avid fisherman and loved riding bicycles with his family.
Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-law, Shane and Amanda Frix, David Frix; grandchildren, Austin, Brittany, Jacob, Steven and Savannah Frix; brothers and sister-in-law, Richard Frix of Florida and Steve and Becky Frix of Milner; sister and brother-in-law, Melanie and Tony Scoggins of Griffin; and many friends.
Memorial services for Mr. Gerald Frix will be conducted on Friday, January 2, 2014 at 1 pm at the Apostolic Tabernacle, 9769 Tara Blvd. in Jonesboro, Ga. Pastor French will officiate. Friends may visit with the family following the service. In lieu of flowers donations may made at http:/www.gofundme.com/jdi6is to assist the family with the arrangements.
