Mr. Henry “Tom” Morrison, Jr., age 64 of McDonough, GA passed away Monday, February 25, 2013 at Southwest Christian Care Hospice in Union City, GA.
Mr. Morrison was born January 13, 1949 in Muncie, Indiana. He was an evangelist for many years and traveled the world preaching the gospel and saving souls for Christ.
Survivors include his parents, Henry Thomas Morrison, Sr. and Goldie Allene Morrison of McDonough, GA; sons, Christopher Thomas Morrison of Smyrna, GA and Andrew Thomas Morrison of Destin, FL; daughters, Wendy Mizell of Jenkinsburg, GA; and Jennifer Wagner of Jacksonville, FL.; grandchildren, Austen and Jack Wagner, Brooke and Baleigh Morrison, and Maggie, Lulu, Erin Elizabeth, and Reagan Mizell.
Funeral Services for Mr. Tom Morrison Jr. will be conducted on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Pastor Jerry Piscapo will officiate. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park in Jonesboro, GA. Friends may visit the family Wednesday, February 27, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southwest Christian Care Hospice, 7225 Lester Road, Union City, GA 30291 in memory of Mr. Morrison.
