Ignacia Guadalupe , 82 of Kingsland. Ga. passed away Thursday, October 27, 2011, at Southeast Georgia Health System’s Camden Campus in St. Marys, Ga.
Mrs. Guadalupe was born in Gurabo, Puerto Rico on January 17th, 1929. She is the daughter of the late Victor and Elisa Guadalupe. Mrs. Guadalupe was a devoted housewife and mother for most of her life raising nine children.
Mrs. Guadalupe is survived by her children, Maria D. De Jesus of Kingsland, Maria C. De Jesus and Benedicta De Jesus both of Massachusetts, Luz E. De Jesus and Eduardo De Jesus both of Puerto Rico; her siblings, Regina Guadalupe and Victor Guadalupe De Jesus both of Puerto Rico; her 20 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Mrs. Guadalupe was preceded in passing by her sons Carmelo, Pablo, Jose and Alberto De Jesus.
A celebration of Mrs. Guadalupe’s life will be held at 10 am Sunday, October 30th, 2011 at Iglesia Cristiana Roca De Fe in the 1800 block of Osborne St. in St. Marys with Pastor Jimmy Diaz presiding.
