James Kirkland

Mr. James Brian Kirkland , age 52, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, June 25th, 2017 at his home in Kingsland, Ga.
Mr. Kirkland was born in Akron, Ohio on July 15th, 1964 to Sara Haines and the late Gene Thomas Kirkland. Growing up in Akron, he was a graduate of East High School in 1982. After high school, Mr. Kirkland served his country in the US Navy. Mr. Kirkland became a Camden County resident after retiring from the US Navy in 2000. He was a kind and generous friend. He will be deeply missed and is forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
Brian, as he was know to family & friends, is survived by his mother, Sara Haines (Dan Miglino) of Fl.; his daughter, Angela (Dan) Udy of St. Marys, Ga.; his grandchildren, Marilyn Udy & Warren Udy of St. Marys, Ga.; his brother, Michael Thomas Kirkland of Kingsland, Ga.; nieces & nephews of Ct.; his step-sister, Theresa (Richard) Karas of New Britain, Ct.; and his step-brother, Thomas Martin of Ct.
Besides his father, Mr. Kirkland was also preceded in passing by his wife, Theresa White Beningo Kirkland.
A celebration of Mr. Kirkland’s life will be held at a later date.
