Mr. James Alan Murray, age 55, passed away on the afternoon of Thursday, September 2nd, 2021 at Southeast Georgia Health System in St. Marys, Ga.
Mr. Murray was born on June 22nd, 1966 in San Diego, Ca. to James and Elodia Murray who have preceded him in death.
James was a proud member of the US Army for nine years, serving his country both overseas and here at home. He continued to serve while working as part of the security force at the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base. James was an accomplished artist and loved all kinds of technology. The biggest movie buff Georgia has ever seen with an extensive collection of both movies and Anime. His kindness touched many and his fierce love for his children and family knew no bounds.
Mr. Murray is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Rivera and her children Bradley, Christopher, Ryan, Ezikiel and Leonardo of St. Marys, Ga.; his sons, Geophrrey and Mikayla Mitchell of Euless, Tx. and Joseph and Alma Goodson and their children Jaxon and Adalynn of Phoenix, Az.; as well as his brother, David Ray Murray of Jacksonville, Fl..
A Celebration of Mr. Murray’s life will be held at 10 am Monday, September 6th, 2021 in the Woods-Wainwright Chapel of Coastal Camden Funeral Home.
