Mr. Jason Dewey Smith, age 45, of Griffin, GA passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2017.
Mr. Smith was born in Griffin, GA, on September 19, 1971. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Fulton Moss and aunt, Donna Moss.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Peggy and Johnny Bolton; brothers and sister-in-law, Fulton Lee Smith, Johnny and Maria Johnson; grandmother, Lena Moore Moss; Aunt and Uncle, Betty and Dennis Whitehead; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services for Mr. Jason Dewey Smith will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Friends may visit the family two hours prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of GA Northside Tower, 6065 Roswell Rd, Atlanta, GA 30328 in memory of Jason.
