Mrs. Jaunelle S. Mann , age 89, of Kingsland, Ga. passed away on the evening of Saturday, June 15 th , 2019 at Southeast Georgia Health System in St. Marys, Ga.
Mrs. Mann was born on October 24 th , 1929 in Hahira, Ga. to the late Hubert and Clennace Stalvey.
Mrs. Mann loved to work in
the yard, tending & planting flowers. She owned and operated Camden Florist
for many years before retiring. After a few months, she decided to work in real
estate. After passing the exam to get her license, she worked for many years
with Century 21 Real Estate. She won numerous awards throughout her real estate
career. She loved meeting new people. After retiring from real estate, she
decided she wasn’t finished working so she went to work at McDonalds for
several more years.
She was a charter member
of Friendship Baptist Church and was always proud of her church.
Mrs. Mann always shared
Jesus wherever she went and would invite you to church. Her one mission in life
was to reach people for the Lord.
Mrs. Mann is survived by her children, Terrie (Jim)
Greer, Wendell (Pam) Mann, Jr., and Timmy (Julie) Mann, all of Kingsland, Ga.;
her brother, Tommy (Vickie) Stalvey of Hoboken: Ga; her sister in law, Sylvia
Stalvey of Princeton, WVA.; her grandchildren, Joshua Lloyd, Caleb Lloyd, Jody
Mann, Lindsey Grant, Jordan Mann, Rachel Harris, Adam Greer, Daniel Greer and
her great-grandchildren, Camden Lloyd, Eli Lloyd, Charlotte Rose Lloyd, Mabel
Grace Lloyd, Maggie Mann, Benji Grant, Julie Greer & Leah Greer.
Mrs. Mann joins her husband, Wendell Eugene “Pete”
Mann and her brother Hubert “Buddy” Stalvey in Heaven.
A visitation for Mrs. Mann will be held from 10 am
to 11 am Wednesday, June 19 th , 2019 at Friendship Baptist Church, 480 W King St, Kingsland, Ga.
Funeral Services will begin after at 11 am at the church with Reverend Bob
Hughes presiding. Interment will be at Lawnwood, Cemetery in Kingsland, Ga.
Pallbearers will be Joshua, Caleb, Jody, Jordan, Timmy Murray, and Dale
Scroggins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that
memorial contributions in Mrs. Mann’s name be made to the SGHS-Senior Care
Center of St. Marys, Ga.
