Jessie Goodrum

Mrs. Jessie Bell Washington Goodrum, daughter of the late Annie Bell Washington and Willie Washington was born on April 9, 1936 in Alma, Georgia. She was married to the late Willie James Goodrum. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Lula Mae Battle, Elizabeth Early, and Annie Pearl Battle, and her brother John W. Walker. She was a Faithful member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church where she served in the Senior Saints Ministry. On May 22, 2012 our dearly beloved one slipped quietly away. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten by her loving family and friends. She leaves to cherish her memories, her four beloved children; Darlene O’Baner (Harold), Curtis Washington (Pat), Bernard Goodrum, Barry Goodrum, special grandsons Marcus Antonio Dallas, and JeMarcus Dodson, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and special friends.
