Master Jordan Xavier Matthews, age 6, of Monticello, GA, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2019.

Jordan was born on July 14, 2012 in Stockbridge, GA.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Hollie Ratzel and Christian Berry; father and step-mother, Alexander and Jessica Matthews; sisters, Allie Matthews, Serenity Matthews and Abigail Ratzel; brothers, Josiah Berry, Christian Berry, Jr. and Noah Matthews; grandparents, Tami and Greg Fountain, Rhonda and Jason Jamerson, David Michael Matthews and Maynard Ratzel; and god-parents, Amy Thaden and Ronald Garrett.

A memorial service for Master Jordan Xavier Matthews will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Rev. Stan Berrong will officiate. Friends may visit the family 1 hour prior to the service hour on Tuesday.
