Mr. Rowland was born on February 17, 1958 in Dublin to the late Joseph Estill Rowland and Joann Mimbs Rowland Spence.
Mr. Rowland is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Emily Rowland of Barnesville; mother, Joann Spence; brothers; David Rowland of McDonough and George Spence of Atlanta; sisters and brother-in-law, Peggy and Art Johnsa of McDonough and Cathy Youngblood of Forest Park; granddaughter, Emberlene Rowland ; a niece and several nephews.
