Joyce Hardin

Mrs. Joyce Thomas Hardin, age 56, of McDonough, GA passed away Saturday January 4, 2014 at her residence.

Mrs. Hardin was born on January 6, 1957 in Atlanta to the late Harold Thomas and Janice Marie Thomas Prichard. She was also preceded in death by her grandmother, Cloie Cobb. Mrs. Hardin was employed as a secretary with Southland Motors. She loved her family, especially her 3 grandchildren.

Survivors include her mother and step-father, Janice and Ray Prichard of McDonough; daughters and sons-in-law, Amanda Rutledge, Tracey and Andrew Brown; son, Christopher Hardin; grandchildren, Patrick and Callie Morgan, Jackson Brown; sisters, Susan Yearby of McDonough, Karen Thomas of Newnan; brother, Scott Brown of Washington; niece, Tabitha Smith; nephew Robert Smith.

Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce Hardin will be conducted on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Reverend E.C. Chatham will officiate. Interment will follow in Morrow Cemetery in Morrow, GA. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home.
