Ms. Kimberly Michelle Carver Williams , 41, of Folkston passed away at her residence after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
Ms. Williams is a Duval County, Florida native. She was born in Jacksonville on June 4th, 1968 and is the daughter of Edward Carver and Norma Boatright Oliver. She was a life long resident of Camden County. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was a devoted mother and grandmother. Ms. Williams attended the Harbor Worship Center and the Crossroad Pentecostal Church.
Ms. Williams is survived by her three daughters, Jennifer (Antonio) Vicens of Antioch, TN, Heather (Tim Ehret) Williams of Browntown, and Chelsea Williams of Browntown; her parents Edward (LaVonne) Carver of Folkston and Norma (Ron) Oliver of Oneonta, AL; her brothers Eddie (Denise) Carver of Browntown, Craig (Jennifer) Carver of Browntown, and Ashton Carver of Folkston; a grandchild Kylea Danielle Ehret; Johnny Williams and a lifetime sister and best friend, Tammy Yunk both of Folkston; plus 11 nieces and 12 nephews.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Harvey and Macey Boatright and paternal grandparents James and Ouida Carver.
The visitation will be held from 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday July 30th, 2009 at the Harbor Worship Center in Kingsland.
The funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. Friday July 31st, 2009 at the Harbor Worship Center in Kingsland with Pastor Mike D. Saines presiding. The casket bearers will be Tammy Yunk, Johnny Williams, Antonio Vicens, Tim Ehret, Derek Carver, and Jamie Carver.
Interment will follow the service at the Temple Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
