Larry Alexander

Mr. Larry Alexander was born on March 16, 1951, in Williamson, Georgia to the union of the Late Douglas Alexander and the Late Maebell Alexander.

He joined the Corinth Baptist Church at an early age. He was a truck driver for over 25 years.

He leaves to cherish in loving memory; his wife, Mrs. Melody Alexander; one son, Stevie Goodman (Priscilla Jones) of Griffin, GA; one step daughter, Carolyn Goodrum of Griffin, GA; two sisters, Rev. Alice (Robert) Taylor, of Detroit, MI and Dorothy (Freddie) Gay of Griffin, GA; one brother, Reuben (Margaret) Alexander of Philadelphia, PA. He also leaves 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and a devoted friend Jessie.

Funeral services for Mr. Larry Alexander will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Corinth Baptist Church in Williamson, GA. Pastor John H. Adams will officiate. Interment will follow in the Corinth Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 from 5-6:30pm at the funeral home.
