Levi Austin Caldwell, age 18, of Zebulon, GA, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2014.
Levi was born in Stockbridge, GA, on November 26, 1995. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Raymond Hortman, Sr. He was a member of Landmark Baptist Church in Locust Grove and nearing completion of Business Management courses at Southern Crescent Technical College.
Survivors include his parents, Tony and Lisa Hortman Caldwell of Zebulon; brother, Eli; sister, Gabby; grandparents, Charles and Annie Caldwell of Zebulon and Dorothy Hortman of Zebulon; uncle and aunt, Raymond and Dana Hortman of Griffin; aunt and uncle, Hazel and Steve Wilson of Athens.
