Manuel Quijije-Mero

Mr. Manuel Isael Quijije-Mero, age 79 of St. Marys, Ga., passed away on the evening of May 10th, 2023 at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick, Ga.

Mr. Quijije-Mero was born on October 27th, 1943 in Manta, Manabi Ecuador to the late Dimas and Trinidad Quijije-Mero.

Mr. Quijije-Mero is survived by his wife, Cira Quijije of St. Marys, Ga.; his daughter, Fanny Quijije of Jamaica, Ny.; his sons, Isauro Quijije and Carlos (Judith) Quijije, all of Kingsland, Ga., Christian Quijije of Augusta, Ga., Angel Lopez of Lexington, Sc., and Ulbio Quijije of Ecuador; and his grandchildren, Michael, Jacob, Cassiel, Milca, Joshua, Natalie, Koga, Emily, and Lissetta.

A visitation for the Quijije-Mero family will be held from 10 am to 12 noon Saturday, May 20th, 2023 at Coastal Camden Funeral Home in Kingsland, Ga. Funeral Services will follow at noon in the Woods-Wainwright Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Julio Alvarez presiding.
