Mrs. Mary “Michele” Lee, age 67, of Griffin, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017 at Emory St. Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta.
Michele, affectionately known to her family as “Mikki”, was born on September 29, 1949 in Middletown, OH to the late Alexander Cecere and the late Edna Cecere. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Judy Snow. She attended Ursuline Academy and Mount St. Joseph’s University. She went on to have a successful career in real estate for 37 years. She was a member of the County Line United Methodist Church in Griffin, where she served on the board of trustees.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Mac Lee; daughters and sons-in-law, Shannon and Michael Zvoch, Elizabeth and Evan Frayer, Julie Gaglione , and Caroline and William Tucker; son, John Fitten Goldsmith; sister, Paulette Helm; and grandchildren, Delaney Zvoch, Lauren Zvoch, Paul Frayer, Jack Meehan and Will Meehan.
A memorial service for Mrs. Mary “Michele” Lee will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 3 p.m. at County Line United Methodist Church. Rev. Edward A. Swehla will officiate. Inurnment will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday evening from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
