Mary Mcgill

Mrs. Mary Louise McGill , age 73 of Virginia Avenue in Woodbine, Ga. passed away on February 2nd, 2016 at the Morris Center for Caring Community Hospiceof Northeast Fl in Jacksonville, Fl.
Mrs. McGill was born in Jacksonville, Fl. on November 11th, 1942. She is the daughter of the late John Morgan & Beatrice Annabelle Innes Beasley.
She spent most of her life caring for children in her home daycare and as a paraprofessional at Kingsland Elementary School. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother who lived life to the most. It was never dull with her around as she brought lots of fun and joy everywhere she went. One thing she loved most was playing board and card games with everyone in the family. She always had a witty response in every situation that arose. She was a bright, spunky, spark in our lives that will be greatly missed.
Mrs. McGill is survived by her beloved husband, Howard McGill; her daughters, Terri Cortez of Jacksonville, Fl., and Melissa (Michael) Deen of St. Marys, Ga.; her son Tim (Wendy) McGill of Kingsland, Ga.; her sister, Johnnie (Lamar) Hatcher of Jacksonville, Fl.; her brother, Joe (Karen) Beasley of Jacksonville, Fl.,; her grandchildren, Megan McGill of Kingsland, Ga., Corey (Mariah) McGill of Holloman AFB, NM, Anthony & Julia Russo of Jacksonville, Fl., and Brandon & Chandler Deen of St. Marys, Ga.; her great grandchild, Aubrey Critchley of Kingsland, Ga.; her sister in law, Jan Beasley of Jacksonville, Fl. and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. McGill joins her brother, Melvin Beasley in Heaven.
A visitation will be held from 12 noon to 1 pm, Friday February 5th, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Woodbine with the funeral service to follow at 1pm. Pastor Larry Boyette will preside over the service.
The family requests any donations in Mrs. McGill’s honor be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, Fl. 32257.
