Matt "Scooter" Roberts

Mr. James Matthew Kenneth Roberts, age 21, unexpectedly passed away on May 13th, 2021 in Riverside, California.

Mr. Roberts was born November 23rd, 1999 in Savannah, Ga. to James and Karol Roberts. Matt, aka “Scooter” had a very big heart. He loved everyone that he met and would lend a helping hand anytime he was needed. He loved his family and friends and had a very funny personality. He loved to joke around and loved parkour stunts. The risker the better. So many people loved him and he will be missed by many. His brother, Trevor and his cousin, Patrick was always his greatest cheerleaders.

Mr. Roberts is survived by his father, James Roberts in Port Wentworth, Ga.; his paternal grandmother, Evelyn Roberts of Kingsland, Ga.; his sisters, Alexis Roberts of Shellman Bluff, Ga., Rayne Roberts of Kingsland, Ga., and Marrisa Roberts of Garden City, Ga.; his brother, Trevor Roberts of Port Wentworth, Ga.; his maternal grandmother, Sybil Hillis of Valona, Ga.; his paternal great-grandmother, Naomi Roberts of Brooklet, Ga.; his aunt, Perry White of Crescent, Ga.; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mr. Roberts was preceded in passing by his mother, Karol Roberts and his grandfather, David Roberts.

Funeral Services will be held at 1pm, Saturday, May 29th, 2021 in the Woods-Wainwright Chapel of Coastal Camden Funeral Home in Kingsland, Ga.
