Mrs. Pamela Ormseth
November 14, 1955 – September 25, 2016
Mrs. Pamela Ormseth, age 60, of McDonough, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Piedmont Henry Hospital.
Mrs. Ormseth was born in Evansville, IN on November 14, 1955. She was preceded in death by her mother Joyce I. Hubbard and sister Diane Chaney. Pam was a long time member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church in Hampton Georgia. There she sang in the choir and was very involved in many other church ministries and activities. She loved her church and her church family. Pam was very talented musically. She loved Southern Gospel Music and sang in the several groups through the years. Pam loved traveling to hear Southern Gospel Groups, going on Southern Gospel Cruises and to the Quartet Convention.
Pam loved her family, especially her children and Mike. Ethan and Travis were very special to her but she was especially fond of her daughter Lana. She was also close to her extended family that included her Dad, step mom, sister, brother, and nieces and nephews. She loved visiting with her aunts, uncles and cousins in Kentucky and considered Kentucky to be her family home. Pam will be missed by her family and friends.
Mrs. Ormseth is survived by her husband, Michael Ormseth of McDonough; daughter, Lana Ormseth of McDonough; sons, Travis Ormseth and Ethan Ormseth, both of Stockbridge; father and step-mother, Bryan E. Hubbard, Sr. and Carolyn, of La Vergne, TN; sister and brother-in-law, Nancy Johnson and Doug of Hampton; brother, Bryan Hubbard, Jr. of La Vergne, TN; step-sister, Christy Frizzell of Smyrna, TN; brother-in-law, Ed Chaney of Union City; and a host of other family members.
