Mrs. Peggy Hardy, age 86, of Jackson, GA, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Spalding Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Hardy was born on November 14, 1932 in Zebulon, GA to the late George Taylor and the late Grace Taylor. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Walter Hardy, Jr. and a sister, Evelyn Harrison. She was a member of the Family Worship Center in Griffin, where she enjoyed giving her time to her church family and serving her Lord and Savior.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Donnie and Faith Hardy; grandchildren and their spouses, Michael and Brandy Hardy, Benji and Erica Conkle, Hope and Andy Lloyd; great-grandchildren, Ryott Hardy, Drew Lloyd, Sawyer Conkle, Reece Conkle and Braydon Regan; sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Charles Blackwell and Dorothy Payne; several nieces and nephews; and her precious little dog, Paco.
A memorial service for Mrs. Peggy Hardy will be conducted on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 2:00 p. m. in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Rev. Ken Horton and Rev. Richard Kitchens will officiate. Friends may visit with the family following the service.
