Mrs. Renee Aletta Cooley , age 68 of Fernandina Beach, Fl. and Kingsland, Ga. passed Friday, July 1st, 2016 away at the Warner Center in Fernandina Beach, Fl.
Mrs. Cooley was born on December 11th, 1947 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is the daughter of the late Shirley Mary Dowd & John Robert Droud, Sr.
Her family says of her, “She was a wonderful mother who doted on her children. She was always one to laugh and joke around. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.”
Mrs. Cooley is survived by her son, Troy Cooley & his wife, Laura of Fernandina Beach, Fl. her grandchildren, Troy Cooley, Jr. of Jacksonville, Fl. and AE Tyler Cooley of St. Marys, GA.; her sister, Sheila Shehan of Charlotte, NC; and her brother, Bob Droud of Ft. Myers, Fl.
Along with her parents, Mrs. Cooley joins her husband, David M. Cooley and her son, Chad Cooley in Heaven
A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 am Thursday, July 7th, 2016 in the Woods-Wainwright Chapel in Coastal Camden Funeral Home with funeral services following at 11 am. Interment will follow the service in Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Marys, Ga.
Memorial contributions in Mrs. Cooley’s honor may be made to the American Cancer Society at 3011 Hampton Ave, Suite 361/ Brunswick, Georgia 31520.
