Mr. Richard Aldine Gilber Sr., age 67 of Forsyth, GA passed away Saturday, June 2, 2012 at his residence. Mr. Gilbert was born in Pike County, GA on June 12, 1945 to the late Kernon Aldine Gilbert and the Mary Irene Gilbert Jones. Mr. Gilbert worked as a commercial fisherman and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Jackson, GA.
Mr. Gilbert was preceded in death by his brother, Tom Wesley. Survivors include his wife, Elaine Gilbert of Forsyth; sons, Richard Aldine Jr. and his wife Joyce of Forsyth, GA, Patrick Jason Gilbert and his wife Shelly of Forsyth, GA; sisters, Janet Cannon and her husband Raiford of Griffin, GA, Barbara Buice and her husband Joe of Barnesville, GA, Vickie Neely and her husband Grey of Zebulon, GA; brother, Larry Bobby Jones of High Falls, GA, 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
