Robert Burns

Mr. Robert Lee Burns, Jr., age 47 of Kingsland, Ga. went home to be with his family Thursday, October 8th, 2020.
Robert was born on April 27th, 1973 in Gainesville, Fl. to Donna Adkinson and the late Robert Lee Burns, Sr.

Robert lived big, loved bigger, and made it his goal in life to make Jesus Famous (and win at all sports) The Love he shared was bigger than can be expressed in words, and will continue to impact the world like ripples in a pond. His legacy left a challenge for all who knew him to love like Jesus.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Becky Burns of Kingsland, Ga.; his children, Maggie (William) Register of Kingsland, Ga., Carolyn Burns (Justin Stallones) of St. Marys, Ga., and Bryant Lee Burns of Kingsland, Ga.; his mother, Donna Adkinson (Rick); his sister, Megane (Jason) Terry of Thorndale, Tx.; his brothers, Jason (Evelyn) Burns of Roundrock, Tx. And Aaron Burns (Maggie Barnes) of Cumming, Ga. And countless Friends and family, too many to list here (and all the pets he claimed he didn’t want.)

A Celebration of Robert’s life will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, October 17th, 2020 at Agape Church with Pastor Jonny Rodgers, Pastor Blake Brown, and his cousin Blake Anglon and Brother-in-law Greg Amburgy presiding.
