Ronald Walton Bozman, 74, of Kingsland, GA, passed away peacefully in his home Wednesday, September 23, 2020 after a long illness. He was born and raised in Salisbury, MD and was the son of the late Walton and Iva Bozman.
He was preceded in death by his Daughter Lisa Bozman-Skinner (Dave Skinner).
He leaves his wife, Janet (Renzi) Bozman, son Bruce Cantwell Jr (Kimberly Cantwell), Daughters, Tina Crocetti (Joe Crocetti) and Erika Bryant. Grandchildren, Bruce, Emily, Hannah, Leeann, Shelby, Ryan, Ford, Jordan, Jada & Kyree. Four great grandchildren and many friends.
Ron enjoyed the outdoors and was a scoutmaster for 25 years. In his early years he helped with his family's business, Daisy & Bozmans Beauty Barber Supplies. He graduated college from Goldey-Beacom with a degree in business, in Wilmington Delaware. After college, he took over his family's business until he became a Salesman for Columbia Beauty Supply and retired after a successful 40 year tenure where he was loved by his colleagues and clients.
Ron loved boating and was a member of the Wicomico Yacht Club for many years. He was an active skier and loved spending time on the beach and eating his favorite Maryland Blue Crabs. He loved traveling and went on many adventures with his daughter Lisa and his wife Janet throughout the years. He loved to race cars at the Delmar Drag Races and spend time on the road on his motorcycle.
A service will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2020, 6:00 pm at Restoration Church in Kingsland, GA. In remembrance of Ron’s life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association.
