Mr. Ronnie Owens, age 52, of Griffin, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2015 at Georgia Regents Medical Center in Augusta, GA.
Mr. Ronnie Owens was born on June 22, 1963 to Betty Owens and the late Tim Owens. He was one of eight children and was also preceded in death by his sister Lulla Belle Owens.
Ronnie Owens leaves to cherish his loving memories, sisters Denise (Eugene) Leach of Griffin, Susie Parker, Barbara Hood, Pamela (Johnny) Hill, Sheryl Allen-Page, all of Griffin, Daythia Allen-Wyatt of Kentucky, and Maryann Weems of Griffin; brothers Tim McCoy Owens and Jeffery Owens of Griffin; a special cousin Willie Mae Wimbush; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A warm and special thanks goes to Trekesha Mitchel of Gracewood Campus, Augusta, Georgia.
A graveside service for Mr. Ronnie Owens will be Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Griffin Memorial Gardens. Reverend Jeff Yearwood will officiate.
