Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Manley Massey, age 70, of Griffin, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017, at Eternal Hope Hospice.
Mrs. Massey was born on March 24, 1947 in Griffin, GA, to the late Elmer David and Carrie Lou Kent Manley. She was also preceded in death by her husband Albert Brady Massey, son Dennis Williams, and grandson Christopher Williams.
Mrs. Massey is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, David and Sheila Massey, and Doyle Williams; grandchildren, Michael Williams, Maya Massey, and Brandy Massey; sisters, Gertrude Lawrence of Hollanville, Jewell Moore of Sunnyside, Opal Fogerty of Michigan, and Virginia McGinnis of Orchard Hill; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Manley Massey will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Chaplain Winfred Dixson will officiate. Interment will follow in Old Hebron Cemetery in Concord. Friends may visit the family on Friday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
