Mrs. Sharon R. Fields , age 62 passed away at her residence, surrounded by her family, in the early morning hours of Friday, March 16th, 2018.
Mrs. Fields was born on May 26th, 1955 in El Paso, Texas. She is the daughter of the late John Patrick Raleigh and Durcie Iowne Wendt Raleigh. Sharon and Tom have been bound together in marriage for the last 40 years. They enjoying spending time together camping, gardening, hanging out with family and finding a good junk store. She was a beloved wife, phenomenal Gigi and a loving mother, who always had time to talk to her girls, no matter the time of day. You could always find her working in the yard, in order to make sure her flowers were just so. She was a kind hearted, gentle spirit to all of her family and friends.
?Mrs. Fields is survived by her beloved husband, Thomas E. Fields; her daughters, Michelle and her husband, Tristan Howard of Charleston, SC and Christina and her husband, Josh Sopha of Kingsland, GA., her grandchildren, Braxton Allen & Kaleigh-Ann Jean Sopha; and her sister, Kathy and her husband, Bill Haynes of Conley, GA.
?Along with her parents, Mrs. Fields joins her sister, Patty Raleigh and her brother, Jimmy Raleigh in Heaven.
A visitation for the Fields family will be from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm on Monday, March 19th, 2018 at Coastal Camden Funeral Home in Kingsland, GA. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2:00 pm at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in St. Marys, GA. with Reverend Mr. Joe Bezy presiding over the service. She will be laid to rest at Andersonville National Cemetery in Andersonville, GA.
