Slade Edison Horne passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, June 19 th , 2018 in Kingsland, Ga.
Slade was born on December 8 th , 2017 in Fernandina Beach, Fl. to Rhae Odum.
Slade brought so much joy to his family’s lives. They never knew they could love the way they love him. He made such a difference in their lives in just a short time and he will forever be remembered in their hearts. They love and miss him so much already.
Slade is survived by his mother, Rhae Ellen Odum, Brandon Cruz, and his father, James Horne. Slade is also survived by his grandparents, Lisa Whiddon of Woodbine, Ga. and Rodney Odum of Fernandina Beach, Fl.; his aunts, Jennifer Russell of Gulfport, Ms. And Megan Whiddon of Woodbine, Ga.; his uncles, Rodney Young Odum, II and Taj Odum both of Fernandina Beach, Fl; and his siblings, Annabel, Abigail, Joshua, and Jaeden.
A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
